I live in Sheffield with my wife. When I am not doing maths, I like to cook, listen to podcasts, and play with our two cats Pumpkin and Spice. I like going for walks around Sheffield and the surrounding hills, but much prefer walking downhill to uphill! I often travel to Norway, where my wife is from.

My Typical Day
I get to work and check my emails. I might meet with a few students in my office to see how they are doing, or give a lecture to many students in a large hall. I then might do some research.
