    I live alone in North London with many excellent neighbours of all ages. Am an avid watcher of TV science programs: Horizon, Cox, Al Kahlili, Attenborough, etc. Go to gym 3/4 times a week and use indoor rowere and egym [they give me lost of fun numbers]. International and home travel is a fun diversin for me. Enjoy sea and cities and conferences where I meet people from around the world.  I eat pretty much everything, except insects, everywhere and anywhere. Climate change, enviornment and supporting the vulnerable are major concerns. Am working on a project London Accessibility Universal Dreams [LAUD] to make London Underground wheelchair and pushchair asscessible. Provide advice on mobile phones and computers in local pub 2/3 times a month. I use all the pronouns in the English language – as appropriate. I am a strong supporter of Open Science.

    I use computer packages and apps to model and calculate values of uncertain events

    This invloves probability and statistics and algebra, including calculus.

    Models probability and statistics are key to my work. My models of decision makes are about personal value (known as utility), U.

    U= probability of success * benefit of success – probability of failure *harm of failure.

    My statistics work involves assessing psychlogy experiments  and attaches numbers to the strength of evidence of competing claims (hypotheses)
