• Question: Do you work on your own or with anyone else?

      In the company I own there are three of us so we work on our own projects as well as together. However, we all work at home so we keep in touch using e-mails and phone calls. As we’re quite a small company we also work closely with lots of other companies as that lets us work on a wider range of interesting topics.

      When you work in a company you normally tend to work in a group, so we can support each other for things one person doesn’t know very well or if someone has to take absence.

      When I worked at university, I could see that some people were working alone. This happened to those people who did not work on a big project (e.g. EU or UK funded)
