  Definitely, I am a Christian and don’t think it negatively impacts my job. There are many religious mathematicians and scientists who have made great discoveries over the course of history.

  Of course! Science/maths and religion are not mutually exclusive – you can be involved in both, and science doesn’t disprove or prove the existence of any god. Lots of my colleagues and friends are religious (in different religions) and are scientists or mathematicians.
