      It depends a lot on the programme you want to create.

      There are tasks for which very simple programmes are enough, and they are very easy to create.

      There are also tasks which require very complicated programmes, even not only one but many complicated connected programmes, and it is not easy to create at all (there are often several people involved in creating such programmes).
