• Question: Is it possible to predict what diseases might emerge in the future?

      I think it is very hard to predict what diseases we will have in the future, especially using maths as we need to understand what mechanisms are involved. We can predict how certain diseases will evolve, or how to treat them but for this we need to know a bit about the disease
